Is a leading security solutions Company based in the Niger Delta region, which specializes in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.
Boro’s Security is a wholly owned Nigerian company
incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria and the Companies and Allied Matters Decree,
since 2004. Boro’s Security provides technical and
administration expertise, quality management and access
to technical knowledge and expertise.
Boro’s Security was first incorporated in 2004 by a team of
security practitioners and investors. Right from the
inception the main vision and objective of the founders has been to make a difference in the provision of security
solutions and training to the client in a manner that would
surpass expectations.

MIEBAKA NABIEBU (PhD:Law) – Managing Director/CEO
Is lawyer with over eighteen years at the Nigerian bar, he is a Lead Consultant on Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Trade Disputes and Trade Unions for the following companies:
Moni Pulo Limited, Pacific Drilling, Century Energy Services Limited, CCM Nigeria Limited.
He holds a bachalor degree in Law, an LLM Degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications Law, University of
Strathclyde (Law School) Glasgow, UK. He currently studying for is PhD in PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW at the University of Calabar. He is also an alumnus of the Prestigus Harvard Business School USA.
His career spans over fifteen years, with a wealth of experience in diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy- in Legal Services and the Nigerian oil and gas industry- spanning the entire gamut of the value chain which includes:
Law, Administration / Personnel/Community Relations, Employee Relations /Benefits, Business Relations, IT Support Intelligent Outsourcing, Marine and Exploration & Production.
MAJOR JOHN CAPTAIN-BRIGGS – Executive Director
He also attended the following military training in and out of Nigeria; Squadron Commander Course in Pakistan, Company
Commander Course United Kingdom, Royal College of Military Engineering United Kingdom, Post Graduate in Computer Engineering Islamabad-Pakistan. He also attended Systems Engineering in Rochester (USA), Commander and Staff College in Jaji Kaduna and Administrative Staff College in Badagry-Lagos.
Major John Captain-Briggs has held several high profile appointments in the Nigeria Military which include; Signal Squadron Commander, Company Commander, Head of Research/Trial Department, Regimental Commander, HQ and Signal/Brigade Commander and Colonel General Staff. He has also occupied the position of the Director of Telecommunication Nigerian Army, the Acting General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Armored Division Jos.
AMON IJONAMA MKPON – Operational Manager
A tested and trusted youth leader of transcendent genius. He studied at the University of Port Harcourt, a BSc in
Accounting. He previously worked with CESL as Coordinator of offshore security, for well over 7years. He is a member of the NISPANA OFFSHORE SECURITY & OIL AND GAS, Security consulting with the IOC’s. He is a specialist in hostage release and negotiations with Host Communities in Niger Delta.
He is a certified security specialist and an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of safety professional.
